GDPR is the new legislation coming in to effect on 25th May 2018. We’ve been busy preparing to make sure we’re compliant with the new regulations and we’ve made changes to our terms, conditions and policies. As part of this, we’re asking you to review your subscription to our mailing list. This ensures we’re only contacting subscribers that want to hear from us and give their consent to receive our e-mails.

We recently contacted all of our subscribers that were part of our legacy mailing list. To comply with the new legislation, we’ve created a new marketing list that ensures only customers that want to continue to hear from us can opt-in to receive our future communications. We’ll no longer be using our legacy mailing list and subscribers that choose not to opt-in to our new list, won’t receive any further communications from us.

Yes, you can. You can sign up to our mailing list at any time by visiting our web site. Or, if you order our technical support or computer repair services, we’ll ask you at that time whether you would like to receive our marketing information.

That’s fine, no hard feelings! We understand you might not want to receive our marketing information. If you do nothing, we’ll assume you don’t want to hear from us and you won’t receive any further communications from us.

If you do opt-in, and later change your mind, you can opt-out at any time.

Yes, absolutely. You can always unsubscribe from our mailing list by visiting our web site, contacting us directly, or by following the ‘Unsubscribe’ links at the bottom of our marketing e-mails. You can do this at any time.

We only send e-mail communications to you. We won’t contact you by telephone or direct mail for any marketing purposes. This doesn’t affect any service updates from us if you’re waiting to hear about a support ticket you currently have active with us.

Only Berserk Computers Ltd. We have never, and promise to continue not to, passed your details on to any third-party providers. We use a system called MailChimp to contact our customers. Your details are secure and processed only by Berserk Computers Ltd for the purposes of sending you e-mail. We don’t store any other information other than your name and e-mail address with MailChimp.
