COLLECT & RETURN SERVICE
Available across Ayrshire 
 We encourage customers to use our fully contactless Collect & Return service. Systems can be safely collected from your doorstep, washed on arrival to store, and returned with a complimentary alcohol wipe for a final clean by you. All payments are processed by phone or online. See our Coverage Area.
CALL-OUT SERVICES
 Call-out services are suspended until the end of January in line with Scottish Government regulations.
REMOTE SUPPORT We can fix a wide range of issues or provide demonstrations, support or assistance using our safe remote support software. It takes only a few minutes to set up a connection and we will walk you through the steps.

Hours of work

We are generally still working our regular hours of Monday - Friday between 10.00 - 6.00 pm. Collect & Return, Remote Support and Call-out services continue to be available at weekends from 9.00 - 5.00 pm. 


Due to the increased volume of collections and drop-offs, we may not always be at store to answer your call. You can leave a message with your contact details and we will call you back, or you can also e-mail us: service@berserkcomputers.co.uk, or contact us by WhatsApp (0800 998 9186) or Skype.

Visiting our store

Our store is closed to members of the public. Drop-off & Collect is available by pre-booking only.


Due to Scottish Government regulations, we cannot permit access to our store. By pre-booking a drop-off or collection slot, we can accept a system at the door. This reduces in-person contact by obtaining the necessary information from you beforehand. 


We wipe all systems with disinfecting wipes before and after servicing. Once your system is ready to collect, you will receive an electronic invoice which can be paid either online or by telephone.
